Job Title: Key Account Manager (Industrial Bearing)

Territory: West Region ( Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh)
 

Job Responsibilities & Requirement-

1.    New Account Development
2.    Develop  and  maintain  strong  relationships  with  key  clients,  understanding  their  business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
3.    Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
4.    Collaborate  with  internal  teams  (sales,  marketing,  operations,  etc.)  to  develop  customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
5.    Identify  opportunities  to  upsell  or  cross-sell  additional  products/services  to  existing  clients, maximizing revenue potential.
6.    Monitor market  trends, competitor activities,  and industry  developments to  identify  potential threats or opportunities for the company.
7.    Prepare  and  present  regular  reports  to  management  on  key  account  performance,  revenue forecasts, and market trends.
8.    Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
9.    Negotiate  contracts  and  agreements  with  key  clients,  ensuring  terms  are  favorable  to  the company while maintaining strong client relationships.
10.  Stay   abreast   of   industry   best   practices   and   emerging   technologies,   continuously   seeking opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
11.  Travel to client locations as necessary to conduct meetings, presentations, or business reviews

Qualification & Experience -
•   Diploma / Graduate
•   At least 4 years' experience in Sales  in any industrial Sales.

Gender- Male preferred

Physical Requirements -
•   Ability to handle prolonged periods of field visits.
•   Must be healthy and fit.
